Repairs & service · Torrington, Connecticut

Repairs done properly, explained plainly

Most of what comes across our counter isn't a purchase — it's a favorite piece that needs saving. Bring it in and we'll tell you what it needs, what it costs and how long it will take before any work starts.

Jewelry and watch repair services

Quoted before we start

You'll hear the price and the timeline at drop-off. If we open something up and the job changes, we call you before we go further.

While-you-wait service

Watch batteries, cleaning and inspection, and many quick adjustments are handled right at the counter. Larger bench work typically turns around in about a week.

Common questions

Do you repair jewelry you didn't sell?
Absolutely. Most of our repair work comes in from pieces bought elsewhere or inherited.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends entirely on the metal, the stones and the damage. Bring it in for a free look and an honest quote — including when a repair isn't worth doing.
Can you fix a very old or delicate piece?
Often, yes. Antique restoration takes a careful hand, and we'll be upfront if a piece is too fragile to work on safely.
